What is Data and personal information?
Dynasafe BACTEC Limited is committed to protecting individual’s privacy. The only time Dynasafe BACTEC Limited will use your details submitted to Dynasafe BACTEC Limited for any other purpose than those listed below is to email you from time to time about Dynasafe BACTEC Limited’s services. However, Dynasafe BACTEC Limited will only do so if you have given us permission to do so by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions before submitting your details.
Dynasafe BACTEC Limited respects your privacy and will not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies other than when necessary for permitted purposes with other members of the Dynasafe group of companies around the world over whom Dynasafe has ultimate control.
Information collection and use
Dynasafe BACTEC Limited collects visitor information which may include Data in the following sections of the Website:
- General Enquiries – If you send us an enquiry via the General Enquiry form on the Website Dynasafe BACTEC Limited will use your details to respond to your request/comments;
- Sales Enquiries – If you send us an enquiry via the Sales Enquiry form on the Website Dynasafe BACTEC Limited will use your details to respond to your request; and
- Employment Enquiries – If you send us an enquiry via the form relating to employment enquiries Dynasafe BACTEC Limited will use your details to respond to your application.
Dynasafe BACTEC Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner of the United Kingdom and processes Data in accordance with the Eight Principles of the DPA. These include, without limitation, processing Data fairly and lawfully, keeping Data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, and taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against unlawful processing, loss or damage.
The DPA Eighth Principle concerns transferring Data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA“) and ensuring an adequate level of protection for the rights of the Data subjects. Dynasafe BACTEC Limited takes all appropriate measures to ensure that any Data that does go outside the EEA is adequately protected by ensuring that it is only disclosed to members of the Dynasafe Group and that they are fully aware of the DPA requirements and have internal procedures to ensure compliance with the DPA Eighth Principle. Such transfers are only undertaken when necessary to comply with the purposes for the Data as described above; otherwise, storage and processing of Data takes place in the United Kingdom. When you use the relevant forms and submit them to Dynasafe BACTEC Limited, this is your consent to such necessary transfer.
Please note however that Dynasafe BACTEC Limited does not guarantee or warrant the security of the Data submitted by any person.
Dynasafe BACTEC Limited and the Dynasafe group members reserve the right to disclose Data, a) in the event of being required to do so by law or a competent authority, court or regulatory authority that has jurisdiction over Dynasafe BACTEC Limited or the relevant Dynasafe group member concerned; b) to protect and defend the rights of Dynasafe BACTEC Limited or a Dynasafe group member (including the enforcement of the “Website Terms and Conditions” of use and any other agreement Dynasafe BACTEC Limited or a relevant Dynasafe group member may have with you); and c) in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Website users or members of the public.
Accessing your data
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Dynasafe BACTEC Limited holds about you. Please note that, as allowed under the DPA, a fee of £15 will be charged.
